Junior League

Many of the Junior League rules will be used such as runners being permitted to lead off bases, runners may attempt to steal at any time, and allowing an on-deck batter. The culmination of the International Tournament is the Intermediate (50/70) Baseball World Series, featuring teams from around the world.

Objectives: To further the development of all players understanding of the rules of baseball as well as the fundamental skills needed to enjoy the game safely. The intent is to further develop players understanding of the defensive aspects of playing certain positions within the field as well as how they should respond to certain game situations. This division is open to baseball age 12 - 13 year olds, but 12 year olds MUST play in Majors division to be eligible to play in 50/70 division. MALL teams will play 50/70 teams from other neighboring Little Leagues. Our home field will be Ginty 3 which has been upgraded to 50/70 dimensions. This division is 100% player pitch, leading, base stealing and a continuous batting order.
